This banana smoothie will taste awesome due to the vanilla and banana flavor. However, apart from the taste, the smoothie is super rich in dietary fiber and low fat content. This is due to the presence of kiwi fruit, yoghurt and wheat germ, all potent fat fighters. Wheat germ is just about good for everything and aids your digestive system. Bananas are a rich source of vitamin b6, potassium, vitamin C, natural sugar and protein that ensures your daily intake of minerals and vitamins are intact.
